Draft. These terms describe the membership as it is intended to work. They have not been reviewed by counsel and must be replaced with the final terms before the site takes payments.

The membership

A SAH Method membership gives you access to the live session schedule and the on-demand practice library for as long as your membership is active. It costs $49 a month, or $480 a year.

The 10 day free trial

New members get 10 days of full access at no charge. If you cancel before the 10 days are up you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your chosen plan begins automatically at the end of the trial.

Cancelling

There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from your account, and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods.

Practise safely

SAH Method is a movement practice, not medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. Move within your own limits, stop if something hurts, and speak to a doctor before starting if you have a condition that movement could affect.

Your content and ours

Sessions, recordings, music and written material on this site belong to SAH Method and are licensed to you for personal practice only. Recording, redistributing or teaching from them is not permitted without written agreement.
